I’m R.A. Murphy — a retired tech trainer, lifelong explainer, and someone who’s spent decades helping people understand complicated things in simple ways.
I’ve worked in technology, teaching, consulting, writing, audio production, and small-business support. I’ve helped older adults build digital confidence, guided students through tangled subjects, and spent years translating “tech-speak” into “real language.”
Now I’m bringing all of that experience here — into a newsletter built on clarity, curiosity, and the quiet satisfaction of figuring out how things actually work.
